Jay Anderson is an organization change agent. He has spent most of his 35-year career helping groups of people develop into high performing teams that are typically solving the complex problems that face technology system builders. He has worked in the nuclear power industry, the railroad industry and now in the leadership industry, building large scale software intensive systems. Jay has predominantly employed the use of agile methods to help the teams develop. These range from using JIT practices while building locomotives, to using scrum while building software to manage the operation of a railroad. Jay holds multiple patents and is a published author within the industrial sectors.
Over the past five years, Jay has been working to lead the transformation of the technology department at DDI through the application of multiple agile methods. The work in this regard has ranged from the application of a specific process to establishing a safe environment where the team can deliver continuous value to customers in a predictable way.
