Interesting article, in my opinion, leaders are like captains of sailing vessels, there are pirate captains or those appointed as royal navy's captains.

Regardless of which, they all play a critical role, given the accountability and responsibility to deliver results in conditions where their decisions are challenged or supported based on the sea fairing environment they venture too.
Mistrust and Self Centered slave drivers are always in danger of walking the plank when in the high seas Mutiny is an option.Tested captains are those who have safely delivered their cargo, gained the trust and respect of their crew through the test of time, ready to embark on the next adventure never concerned about attrition or retention of crew as their reputation is a magnet like no other.
