Matthew Paese is a vice president of Executive Solutions for Development Dimensions International (DDI) where he consults with senior leaders to design and implement strategic organizational talent initiatives, including succession management, CEO succession, executive assessment, executive coaching, development and team building. Matt also maintains a number of executive coaching relationships with senior executives in a variety of industries.
He is a co-author of Grow Your Own Leaders and has presented for The Conference Board, the Economist Intelligence Unit, National Foreign Trade Council and the Society for Industrial and Organizational Psychology (SIOP).
